Dual enrollment Biology made candy cells today. They made analogies that correspond to the organelles and presented their cell and analogies to the other groups. Students also did peer reviews of the other groups!
Students participated in a Circular Flow simulation. They were active businesses and consumers in a Market!!

The Taylor County High School FBLA received its Bronze Champion Chapter banner this week. Champion Chapter is a series of membership engagement-focused challenges that chapters may complete for national recognition. For the 2021-2022 school year TCHs FBLA received over 9,000 points for various activities such as fundraising, recruitment, and chapter activities. Biology tested the rate of cellular respiration by doing an exercise lab today. Students had to complete intervals of exercise while the other students counted their heart rate, breathing rate, and how much fast they released carbon dioxide!!
