TCHS Juniors Ashleigh Bernard and Madison Manning have received the National Rural and Small Town Recognition Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement from College Board.
Both Ashleigh and Madison earned this award for excelling on the PSAT and in the classroom. The five College Board national recognition programs include the National African American Recognition Program, National First-Generation Recognition Program, National Hispanic Recognition Program, National Indigenous Recognition Program, and National Rural and Small Town Recognition Program.
Award recipients must be strong academic performers who participate in eligible administrations of the PSAT and/orAP Exams; students must also meet score requirements to be eligible for recognition and awards.
